Nearing completion of a complete overhaul to the roof, dock levellers, bay doors and bumpers plus extensive external redecoration work.
Warehouse and external lighting replaced with LED and the out of service passenger lift was refurbished.

DHL CANNOCK

On behalf of DHL, Flexispace carried out some works to Cannock which mainly consisted of roof works. These included removal of vegetation, replacement of tubular lighting, supplying and fitting ceiling tiles, to mention a few.

DHL MAIDSTONE

Over 2018 and 2019 we had a 12 month contract with DHL to be a constant presence on site at DHL Maidstone. Carrying out refurbishments on WC's & locker rooms, canteen creating a "chill zone" upgrading lighting and carrying out electrical testing, emergency repairs and maintenance to loading bays, as well as decorating offices.

The first stage is to take the tracking system down

Flexispace were awarded the contract for Large Mez, Small Mez, Enviro Office and Dexion Racking Removal.

Large Mez:

Electrical ,data, fire alarm, access/cctv and mechanical strip out, strip and remove mez, flooring and make good of bolts.

Small Mez

Electrical ,data, fire alarm, access/cctv and mechanical strip out, strip and remove mez, flooring and make good of bolts, drain down and cap-off redundant sprinkler pipework

Enviro Office

Removal of sprinkler system
Removal of data, CCTV and fire alarm installations
Removal of input/extract fans and associated ductwork and grills
Patch up external cladding
Removal of the partitions, ceilings and floor coverings

Dexion Racking Removal

Dismantle all parts by hand and palletise

DHL CAMBERLEY

Flexispace were awarded the contract for the fit out works at Unit 4, Watchmoor Point, Camberley on behalf of our client DHL.

Works compromised of constructing new offices, the supply and fit of new LED lighting, complete redecoration works and the supply and fit of new flooring. A new customer collection hatch constructed by our team of contractors was installed with them also installing Armco barriers throughout the site. A high value security cage was built complete with access mesh doors. Roller shutter doors were also installed by one of our trusted contractors and new POD Points were installed allowing vehicle charging to take place on site.
