Our DHL Telford Office project was a complete refurbishment project with the electrical, mechanical and soft strip out works currently taking place.
It’s a programme of works with toilet refurbishment, office strip out and walls refurbished. The floor coverings are being removed and recarpeted, with a Disabled WC fit out also.

Here at Flexispace, we continue to have a wide range of projects for MEPC.
Most recently, we undertook the full refurbishment of the WC's, renovated a unit for a new tenant for the Innovation Centre at Silverstone.
Following this, we continued to work on projects to upgrade the lighting and door access.

Lunaz Design are a restorative and electrification company for classic cars, based in Silverstone.
For Lunaz we completed the fit out of a new unit for them. This included the build of a new office, a kitchen, toilets and a workshop area. As well as this, we also upgraded the lighting to the workshop area.
